Our cheese fondues are delivered in insulated boxes, while our chocolate fondues and Chinese hot pot broth are shipped via standard shipping.<\/p>\n

For all deliveries in Quebec, whether in an insulated box or not, and for the following postal codes in Ontario:<\/p>\n

Shipping fee $20 or free with any purchase of $100 or more.<\/p>\n

Yes. Once you reach the purchase order preparation step, you can specify one address for billing and another for delivery. This way you can give fondues from 1001 Fondues as a gift! You can also purchase gift cards.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n \n

\n How is home delivery by courier handled?<\/span>\n +<\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n

The courier service will place the box with your cheeses on the ground next to your front door, at a time that will depend on the day\u2019s delivery route. There will be no contact between the courier and the customer.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT: You should refrigerate your delivery as soon as possible to preserve the fondue at the optimal temperature of 4\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n \n

Our delivery boxes are designed with a 48-hour shipping window in mind.<\/p>\n

The box is shipped with recyclable ice packs to protect the fondue and keep it at the proper temperature during delivery.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n \n

If we receive your order cancellation request before your order has been processed and you have received your order confirmation, you will receive a refund through the same method you used to pay. This may take up to five business days. Gift cards are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n \n

Enameled cast iron fondue pots help create a good cheese crust on the bottom (known as the \u201creligieuse\u201d). Though really any cookware works, so long as you enjoy yourself.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n \n
