Jos\u00e9e Robitaille \u2014 Culinary Stylist: 30 Years of Expertise in the Service of Great Taste<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jos\u00e9e<\/a> is no newcomer to the culinary world \u2014 far from it. She has been immersed in it since the age of 15. With training in visual arts, followed by culinary arts and food service management at the ITHQ, she has worked as a sous\u2011chef and chef in Quebec, France, and beyond. For more than 30 years, her name has appeared as a culinary stylist and consulting chef for cooking shows, cookbooks, menus, and countless photo shoots.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has contributed to more than thirty cookbooks<\/strong>, including two of her own: C\u2019est l\u2019hiver! and C\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9!.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She stages our recipes with artistic precision, sharp attention to detail, and a deep understanding of flavor.
