Indulge in the irresistible Mac and Chic! This bold reimagining of the classic macaroni and cheese puts 1001 Fondues’ Chic! fondue front and centre as the star of the dish.

Rich, flavourful, and utterly decadent, this culinary delight celebrates local cheesy pleasures at their finest!
Ingredients
  • 1 fondue (of your choice) from the Chic! Fondue line by 1001 Fondues, 350 g (12 oz.)
  • 430 mL (1 3/4 cup) cooked macaroni
  • 1 green onion, chopped (to taste)
  • 2.5 mL (1/2 tsp) whole-grain mustard (to taste)
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) fresh breadcrumbs
  • Paprika (to taste)
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Prepare the fondue according to package cooking instructions.
  3. Put the cooked macaroni into an oven dish. Add the cheese fondue, chopped green onion and mustard, and mix until macaroni is well coated.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until macaroni is hot.
  6. For the final touch, sprinkle on some paprika.

*For an even cheesier version, top with some sharp cheddar or another cheese of your choice before baking.
