1. Dark Chocolate Fondue

Dark chocolate stands out for its high cocoa content, which gives it an intense aromatic profile and a delicate bitterness that balances the chocolate’s natural sweetness. Blended with fresh cream, it reveals its full complexity. A classic fondue elevated by the velvety, enveloping texture of ganache. 

2. Milk Chocolate & Sweet Clover Fondue

Milk chocolate is the perfect sweet spot: an irresistible balance between the intensity of dark chocolate and the creamy sweetness of white chocolate. Not too strong, not too sweet — just right for the ultimate comforting treat. Sweet clover, a boreal plant with notes of vanilla and sweet hay, is one of Quebec’s aromatic treasures. Paired with milk chocolate, it creates a soft, floral, enveloping fondue — a truly local innovation found nowhere else. 

3. White Chocolate & Maple Syrop Fondue 

White chocolate — a delicate blend of cocoa butter, sugar, and milk — charms with its comforting sweetness and round, mellow flavour loved by kids and adults alike. Smooth and creamy, its luxurious texture comes from its rich dairy content and the complete absence of cocoa solids, which gives it its ivory color and intensely gentle taste profile. When this white chocolate meets pure maple syrup from our sugar shacks, it becomes a warm, comforting fondue that’s 1001% Quebec.
