
- 1 fondue Chic! à la bière (beer) by 1001 Fondues, snack size, 125 g (4 oz.)
- 8 corn cobs
- Melted butter
- Ground cumin
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) fresh cilantro, chopped
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1 lime
- Preheat the BBQ.
- Peel the corn husks back without completely detaching them.Fold the husks back towards the stem.Wrap the husks in aluminum foil to protect them from direct flame. Grill on the BBQ for 7 to 10 minutes, brushing with melted butter to achieve even colou
- Prepare the fondue according to the package cooking instructions.Season with ground cumin and add half of the fresh cilantro and peppers. Mix well.
- Place the grilled corn (cobs) on a serving dish, drizzle with cheese fondue, and sprinkle with the remaining cilantro, peppers, and a bit of ground cumin. Add some grated lime zest using a microplane and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Serve immediately.
