Ingredients
  • 2 fondues Chic! au vin (wine) by 1001 Fondues, 350 g (12 oz.)
  • Cooking oil
  • 15 fresh sage leaves
  • 4 plums, diced
  • 2 pears or 2 apples, cubed
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) Quebec blue cheese (your favourite!)
  • Roasted and crushed hazelnuts
  • Bread cubes
Preparation
  1. Prepare the fondue according to the package cooking instructions.
  2. Heat cooking oil to 160 °C (325 °F). Carefully place leaves in oil and fry for 15–20 seconds until translucent. Drain on paper towels.

Once the fondue is ready, crumble the blue cheese over the top. Add hazelnuts and sage leaves. Serve with fruits and bread cubes.
