Ingredients
  • 1 fondue Chic! au vin (wine) by 1001 Fondues, 350 g (12 oz.)
  • Olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 5 mL (1 tsp.) Italian herb mix
  • 60 mL (¼ cup) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 10 fresh basil leaves, cut into 1 cm (½ in.) strips
  • Focaccia
Preparation
  1. Heat 2 cm (1 in.) olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic slices and stir gently to prevent sticking.
  3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the garlic takes on a nice blond colour. Drain garlic with a skimmer onto paper towels on a plate.
  4. Prepare fondue according to package cooking instructions.
  5. Add herb mixture and mix well.
  6. Garnish with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and basil.
  7. Serve with Focaccia.
