
- 1 fondue Chic! au vin (wine) by 1001 Fondues, 350 g (12 oz.)
- Olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 5 mL (1 tsp.) Italian herb mix
- 60 mL (¼ cup) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 10 fresh basil leaves, cut into 1 cm (½ in.) strips
- Focaccia
- Heat 2 cm (1 in.) olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic slices and stir gently to prevent sticking.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the garlic takes on a nice blond colour. Drain garlic with a skimmer onto paper towels on a plate.
- Prepare fondue according to package cooking instructions.
- Add herb mixture and mix well.
- Garnish with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and basil.
- Serve with Focaccia.
