
Ingredients for the Buffalo Blue Sauce
- 1 fondue Chic! au whisky by 1001 Fondues, snack size, 125 g (4 oz.)
- 50 ml (1.5 oz) cooking cream
- 75 g (2.5 oz) Quebec blue cheese
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon
- Ground Cayenne pepper, to taste
Ingredients for the Roasted Pepper Sauce
- 1 fondue Chic! au whisky by 1001 Fondues, snack size, 125 g (4 oz.)
- Olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) roasted peppers, finely chopped
- Hot sauce, to taste
Preparation for the Buffalo Blue Sauce
- Prepare the fondue according to the package cooking instructions.
- In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil and add the blue cheese. Incorporate the fondue.
- Add the zest and juice of half a lemon, along with a pinch of cayenne pepper. Keep warm over low heat until ready to serve.
- Serve with chicken wings.
Preparation for the Roasted Pepper Sauce
- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add roasted peppers and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the cheese fondue and cook until the internal temperature is at least 75 °C (167 °F).
