Ingredients
  • 1 fondue Chic! au gin by 1001 Fondues, snack size, 125 g (4 oz.)
  • Chives, chopped
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Dill, chopped
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • ½ lemon

Filling

  • Bagels
  • Smoked salmon
  • Baby potatoes
  • Capers
  • Small red onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
  • Cook fondue according to package cooking instructions.
  • Add herbs and cayenne.
  • Add finely grated lemon zest and lemon juice to taste.
  • Serve with your favourite toppings.

Variation: Serve over pasta.
