- 1 fondue Chic! au gin by 1001 Fondues, snack size, 125 g (4 oz.)
- Chives, chopped
- Parsley, chopped
- Dill, chopped
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- ½ lemon
Filling
- Bagels
- Smoked salmon
- Baby potatoes
- Capers
- Small red onions, thinly sliced
- Cook fondue according to package cooking instructions.
- Add herbs and cayenne.
- Add finely grated lemon zest and lemon juice to taste.
- Serve with your favourite toppings.
Variation: Serve over pasta.
