
- 1 fondue Chic! au gin by 1001 Fondues, snack size, 125 g (4 oz.)
- 125 mL (½ cup) mayonnaise
- 125 mL (½ cup) sour cream
- 375 mL (1 ½ cups) fresh spinach, tightly packed
- 175 mL (3/4 cup) canned artichoke hearts, drained
- Leaves of 3 to 4 endives or raw vegetables of your choice
- Chopped walnuts
- Parsley, chopped
- Pepper
- Pulse artichokes and spinach in food processor until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the purée with the mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Prepare fondue according to package cooking instructions.
- Add fondue to first mixture.
- Transfer the dip to a ramekin for serving.
- If necessary, heat in microwave oven for 1 minute.
- Top endive leaves with dip, sprinkle with walnuts and parsley.
- Season with pepper and serve with the remaining fondue.
