Chic! à la bière (beer) is fragrant with grilled and spicy notes, and a full-bodied flavour that will make you hungry for more. Plus, it’s lactose-free!

La Léonne beer from Le Naufrageur microbrewery in Carleton-sur-Mer, Gaspésie blends beautifully with local cheeses to bring you happiness with every bite.

Chic! au whisky

The versatility of a delicious fondue dish knows no limits. Chic! au whisky is concocted with Whisky 3 Gains by Distillerie St. Laurent, winner of the gold medal at the prestigious International Spirits Competition (2022 edition). Bold and delicious, this fondue shows full-bodied, long-lasting and smooth flavours.

Chic! fumée (smoked)

Chic! au gin

This superb cheese fondue is a uniquely innovative combination! The floral notes of the Mauricie-based Mariana distillery’s Violette gin are perfectly set off by a flavourful blend of local cheeses. Chic! au gin will delight fondue-lovers looking for something deliciously different.

Chic! au cidre (cider)

Unique in the world of fondue, Chic! au cidre (cider) is concocted with sparkling rosé cider from Cidrerie Michel Jodoin. With its light, sweet and authentic flavours, this fondue is sure to please just about everyone.

Chinese hot pot broth

With its uniquely balanced flavours, this is a broth to remember! And it’s a broth with a storied history, in fact. This is the descendant of the first Chinese hot pot broth to be served in Quebec, at the L’Aquarium restaurant (which later became Au Café Suisse) in 1954! Its perfectly balanced, savoury and fragrant flavours make this a one-of-a-kind broth that perfectly complements meats, fish and other seafood. And don’t forget the veggies! Aux 3 Fromages de l'Isle

Aux 3 Fromages de l’Isle has fruity notes with aromas of forest underbrush and hazelnuts.

Creamy and perfectly balanced, it blends three local cheeses: Canotier de l'Île, Tomme de Grosse-Île and aged Île-aux-Grues Cheddar. All three are carefully crafted using only cow’s milk from Île-aux-Grues dairy farms.

Charlevoisienne

To savour the Charlevoisienne is to immerse yourself in the excellence of Charlevoix cheeses. This delightful fusion of flavours reveals the refined craftsmanship of 1001 Fondues and the high-quality cheeses from Laiterie Charlevoix.

Au Louis D’Or

À la Triplette de Tadoussac

This fondue is made using cheeses crafted by Fromagerie de l’Isle and the Triplette Belgian-style triple beer from the Tadoussac microbrewery.

It offers beautifully balanced aromas: citrus, delicate pepper and hints of nuts and toast. It goes wonderfully with a wide range of dipper options, including both matching and contrasting flavours.

À la Léonne

À la Léonne with beer is delicate yet full of flavour—a surefire crowd-pleaser. Léonne beer, made by Carleton-based microbrewery Le Naufrageur, offers citrus notes that perfectly set off the blend of Fromagerie de l’Isle cheeses.

It’s ready to cook with no need for added ingredients: just grab your favourite fruits and veggies. We especially recommend green apple or pear (yum!).

Du Guerrier

Du Guerrier is made with a blend of local cheeses and seasoned with spices native to Quebec. The traditional Épices du Guerrier spice blend adds an explosive burst of amazing flavour—cheese, maple and dune pepper, yum!

Centricoise is concocted with honey wine from Miellerie King honey farm and Jersey cow milk cheeses from the Warwick cheese factory. Taste notes for this 1001% local fondue include floral and roasted flavours.
